In 2006, the project team for the Osceola Brownstones was awarded the Downtown Orlando Partnership’s “Golden Brick Award” for its work. The team included Andrew General Contractors, Inc., Urban Studio Architects, AVCON Engineering and Osceola Brownstones, LLC’s managing members, Craig Ustler and Phil Rampy.
