OrlandoHealth OPR Pineloch

OrlandoHealth OPR Pineloch is a 15,000 SF outpatient rehabilitation facility located just south of Downtown Orlando. Andrew General Contractors partnered with OrlandoHealth to complete the renovation and deliver a functional, patient-focused space.

The facility serves patients transitioning from the hospital to home, as well as those needing continued rehabilitation for injuries. The project was completed in seven months and included the construction of a two-hour firewall in coordination with Pineloch Properties.

The space includes a large therapy gym with top-of-the-line equipment, an occupational therapy room, yoga and Pilates rooms, multiple private treatment rooms, a conference and training room, shared workspace, and a staff lounge.
