Duda Corporate HQ
This 12,762-square-foot interior renovation spanned the first and second floors of one of Duda’s Corporate Headquarters, located in Oviedo, FL. The building was partially occupied during renovations, requiring careful phasing and coordination to maintain uninterrupted operations for existing tenants. The scope included selective demolition and the renovation of office areas, while preserving key spaces such as the break room and IT rooms, which were refreshed with updated finishes.
The design emphasized maximizing natural light throughout the workspace. BOS wall panel systems and large interior office windows were incorporated in perimeter offices to allow exterior light to reach deeper into the interior, complemented by workstation selections that support an open, light-filled environment.
Notable features include a boardroom with Turf Mesh acoustic ceiling tiles, providing both visual interest and sound control, and a second-floor elevator lobby enhanced with leather-wrapped wall panels for a modern, refined finish. Accents of bright green were integrated throughout, reinforcing the client’s brand identity and agricultural roots.
