Re: Plaza unit build-out

“The purchase of two Plaza units in Dec. 2006 and the subsequent build out with your company was the fulfillment of a dream for me… and your team made this process as smooth and easy as possible.

Scott Heyser, along with John Sokol, took the initiative to not only get the build out started despite numerous delays on the developer’s side, but also brought to my attention critical errors made by the architects. Due to proactive management, we were able to make the necessary corrections up front, saving me a huge headache and a lot of money.

The successful design of the majority of the interior was really due to both Scott and John’s efforts. They were involved in everything from glass to lighting and even the carpet color. They even kept an eye out for small mistakes, such as fire warning signals installed in the middle of our main wall.
