Re: Editorial Newsroom Renovations, Phases I &II

On most of my recent projects here, at The Orlando Sentinel, I would have been hard pressed to find another general contractor who could have performed as well as your firm did. The Editorial Department renovations serve as the flagship for which I am making this statement.

Your efforts as well as the efforts of Ted Miller were as close to perfect as I could have expected. This project demanded a keen understanding of what “occupied renovation” means. You and your firm took on the project’s most challenging tasks. Windows of opportunity for your work were slim at best.

You understood the requirements, employed a warrior in the name of Ted Miller, put together a battle plan and executed it perfectly. Long compressed hours, others in your way working on their tasks, hidden conditions – the list goes on – did not stop you from being successful.

Compliance to deadlines and schedules was a walk in the park for your team. You met every one of our schedules for which you should be very happy. Consider how you would feel if you were not able to meet a negotiated deadline.

Better yet, consider how I would feel about your abilities if you had missed one… I have to say that your office staff ranks among the very best in client communications. One thing in particular that I really admire is that your team actually returns phone calls promptly. You're miles ahead of the pack here.
