Thank you for the superior job you did in completing our retail building in Apopka, Florida. This was a very difficult project and without your collective efforts, I am not sure this project could have been delivered in such a timely manner and within the budget necessary to make the project viable as an investment.

This deal was acquired out of bankruptcy and there was relatively little diligence that was completed on the already constructed improvements prior to me successfully bidding on the project at auction. I was able to be somewhat aggressive during the bidding procedure because I had a very high level of confidence that your company would be able to salvage a great deal of the already completed improvements and material stored on-site for re-use as well as expeditiously submit plans to obtain the necessary approvals to get started on finishing the building.

The complexity of this deal was magnified by the various City of Apopka Building, Zoning, and Inspection departments that all added to the layers of bureaucracy that had to be waded through to obtain all the myriad approvals necessary to complete this project. Dave and Bart accepted all these challenges willingly and turned an absolute eyesore into an asset that we will be proud to own and operate for a very long time.

I know there are a lot of other folks within your organization that keep your business operating at an extremely high level and hope you can pass along my appreciation to your support staff as well. Thank you for a job well done and I look forward to the next project.
