ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS TO START
ON THIRD SPINICELLI BUILDING

Orlando, FL – Construction for the 26,000-sq.-ft. industrial building will begin in July in the American Center Industrial Complex on American Eagle Way near Florida Turnpike and State Road 441 off Taft-Vineland Road in Orlando.        

The Spinicelli Building, an expansion of the American Center Industrial Complex, is the third consecutive building in the complex to be completed by Andrew General Contractors. The contract includes site work, shell building improvements, and build-out of three interior offices and is valued at just under $1 million.  

The project is estimated to be completed in November.
