PUSH, Inc.

When advertising firm PUSH, Inc. moved to Kuhn Companies newly renovated "Cornerstone Building," they wanted the inside to complement the firm’s eclectic and contemporary artistic style. Inspired by SoHo in New York, AGCI completed the 16,000-sq.-ft. interior build-out for the company’s new headquarters, located in the heart of downtown Orlando at the corner of Jefferson and Orange Avenue. For the new loft-style office, AGCI painted the exposed structure, electrical conduit, spiral ductwork and plumbing throughout the space. Oak wood floors were installed throughout and a round dry wall soffit cloud was built in the lobby hovering over a circular reception desk. In addition, several eclectic designs were exhibited as the AGCI team installed wood trim over exposed metal studs in the main corridor. All low height workstation walls were built with a frosted plexiglass to accentuate exposed metal stud framing and the concealed electrical conduit inside the partitions. The 90-day project also included installing new HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems throughout the space.
