Re: Renovation
What can I say? Once again, we are delighted with the project you just completed for us. We know this was a simple project compared to the major renovations you have completed in the past for us, but because of its schedule and complexities of dealing with the city officials and so forth, it took a lot of time and effort.
As I have told you at every opportunity, we so value Troy Conway’s expertise and savvy. He is there at every turn and goes well beyond the expected. He keeps a cool head and has a very special rapport with the sub-contractors.
He is also great at talking me down from the cliff when things get stressful. I personally appreciate that. We all feel a very special bond with him and are thankful that you always allow him to oversee our jobs.
We look forward to the future phases of realizing our Master Plan and see Andrew General Contractors as a vital part of that goal.
