OUC Events Center Chiller Plant View Photos Project Details: New 3,000 ton Chilled Water Plant constructed for OUC to provide cooling for the new Amway Arena located in Downtown Orlando. This project was completed in June 2010, utilizing the IPD team and its patented method of design/build project delivery.

Ocoee Business Park View Photos Project Details: Andrew General Contractors, Inc. completed the Ocoee Business Park Building #2 located on Ocoee Business Parkway. AGCI completed the 60,000-sq.-ft. tilt-wall warehouse using pre-engineered metal building construction.

Harrington Phase II View Photos Project Details: AGCI completed Harrington Phase II, located on Lake Underhill Road in Orlando. The 16,960 sq. ft. project entailed the company to utilize tilt walls and to make an empty shell for future tenants in the office plaza.

American Centre Building #3 View Photos Project Details: The 26,000-square-foot building is pre-engineered steel, dock high multi-tenant with architectural split-face block. AGCI completed metal building supply and erection, site work, concrete, masonry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and build-out of three interior offices.

American Centre Building #2 View Photos Project Details: American Centre Building #2 is a 20,000-square-foot new pre-engineered steel office/warehouse building which includes a dock-high loading area, split faced concrete block, standing seam metal roofing and 4,000-sq.-ft of office build-out.
