Harmoni Market View Photos Project Details: AGCI completed the 4,500-square-foot interior build-out for Harmoni Market, an Old-World Italian Restaurant, which is located at the Wellesley in College Park.

Days Inn Hollywood View Photos Project Details: AGCI worked with Prince Bush Hotels to remodel the hotel lobby for Days Inn of Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood. The remodel included installing a new acoustical ceiling, wall covering, trim, check-in desk and floor tiles, as well as providing corridor upgrades.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts View Photos Project Details: AGCI completed a ground-up project for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, located off University Boulevard by the University of Central Florida. The 4,600-square-foot bakery and retail facility includes stucco and EIFS exterior, and a flat, single-ply roof supported by block and steel bar joist construction.

Hampton Inn Daytona Meeting Room Addition View Photos Project Details: AGCI added 6,000-square-foot of new meeting room/conference center space for Hampton Inn. The addition included standing seam metal roof mansards on engineered metal trusses, drywall soffits with accent lighting, high-end dimming systems, accordion partitions and upgraded restroom facilities with marble inlaid tile and wood finishes.

Bob Evans Restaurant View Photos Project Details: AGCI completed 13 exterior renovations consisting of demolition, stucco, thin brick, cultured stone, finish carpentry, new metal roofing and electrical.

HUE Restaurant at Thornton Park Central View Photos Project Details: AGCI worked on the 3,600-square-foot anchor restaurant build-out located at the upscale Thornton Park Central. This project included concrete slab placement and decorative saw joint patterns, welded exhaust ductwork fed to the roof of a five-story shell building, as well as intensive plumbing and electrical and mechanical systems.

It’s a Grind View Photos Project Details: Andrew General Contractors, Inc. completed the 2,000-square-foot interior build-out of “It’s a Grind” Coffee House in Altamonte Springs. AGCI provided interior build-out services for the coffee house’s first Central Florida store, located in the Altamonte Town Center.
