    Old Florida National Bank View Photos Project Details: Renovation of a 6,000 SF two story building originally built in the 1960's. The work included a new first floor branch bank, new second floor high tech executive conference room and executive offices, all located in the heart of the "medical district" in downtown Orlando.  A new addition which included an elevator and two fire egress stairwells to meet ADA requirements. Parking lot modifications, DOT improvements, new drive through teller line and upgraded landscape were all provided.

    Eidson Insurance Building View Photos Project Details: AGCI recently completed the 2,500-square-foot interior and exterior build-out addition for Eidson Insurance. Located on Edgewater Drive in College Park, Eidson Insurance awarded the $550,000-plus contract to AGCI to add a new parking lot, irrigation system and landscaping. The interior build-out included an atrium, new offices and bathrooms.

    Huntington Bank Capital Plaza View Photos Project Details: For Huntington Bank Capital Plaza, AGCI completed 30,000-square-foot of “Class A” interior office build-out located in the heart of downtown Orlando. The purpose was to consolidate Huntington’s top executives from multiple locations across Central Florida into one high-end office space. The focal point of the lobby area is a softly lit chandelier, surrounded by a painted, domed, plaster ceiling above imported polished Pakistani marble. The walls are detailed throughout with wall covering and enhanced with approximately 7,000 lineal feet of prefinished white oak wood moldings. Remote controlled draperies, boardroom projection screen, prefinished birch doors, and butt-jointed glazing were utilized to achieve a sleek traditional corporate banking atmosphere. Construction was completed in less than 90 days.
