ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS ORLANDO COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROJECTS NEARLY COMPLETE

Orlando, FL – Several building projects totaling over 38,000-sq.-ft. of industrial space, including office renovations for a Florida-based research company, are currently in progress by Andrew General Contractors.

The second phase of the Harrington/Mishler, a 17,000-sq.-ft., concrete tilt-up constructed panel building located on Lake Underhill Road in East Orlando is on schedule for completion by mid-July. The $700,000 contract includes site work, concrete, utilities, landscaping, and exterior finishes. Phase I was completed by Andrew General Contractors in 2002 and is primarily office space.

The Spinicelli Building #4 on American Eagle Way is the third consecutive building to be completed by Andrew General Contractors. The contract for the 26,000-sq.-ft. metal building calls for metal building supply and erection, site work, concrete, masonry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and build-out of three interior offices and is valued at just under one million. Its planned completion date is mid-November.

Interior office renovations for Accudata America's restructuring project on South Semoran Boulevard includes replacing floors, moving walls, relocating electrical/mechanical/plumbing, and adding restroom facilities while working around a fully operating office staff. The contract amount is $200,000, with a scheduled completion date in the beginning of July.
