On List of ‘Largest Construction Projects,’ OBJ Includes Andrew General Contractor’s Downtown OUC Chiller Plant for the Amway Center

The Orlando Business Journal recently posed a question to some of the area’s most prestigious general contractors and construction companies: What’s your largest construction project completed to date in Central Florida?

The answers, posted on the OBJ website May 13, ranged from Disney Springs to the neonatal intensive care unit at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Children.

Andrew General Contractors, Inc. made the list for building OUC’s water plant to service the Amway Center, home of the Orlando Magic. The 6,200-square-foot project was completed in 2010 and cost $7.2 million.
