ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS COMPLETES SEVERAL BUILD-OUTS AT TRADE PLAZA

Orlando, Fla. – Andrew General Contractors, Inc. (AGCI) – a full-service general contracting company – recently completed several tenant build-outs for the Kuhn Companies’ The Trade Plaza. The projects included:

• Employer Resources International, 4,990 square feet
• Sherris & Reynolds Properties, 5,572 square feet
• Law Offices of Philip L. Logas, 5,566 square feet

In addition, AGCI is underway on another Trade Plaza office build-out – The Office of Baker Barrios Architects, totaling nearly 20,000 sq. ft.. AGCI is also completing the build-out for Keating & Schlitt, P.A., located at 250 E. Colonial Drive, totaling nearly 6,000 square feet.

The Kuhn Companies’ Trade Plaza is located in downtown Orlando and includes nearly 400,000 sq. ft. of office space, 306 residential condos in a separate tower, a 1,625-space parking garage and 105,000 square feet of retail space. AGCI has completed more than 17 office tenant build-outs for the development.
