ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS COMPLETES
BUILD-OUT OF LIZ CLAIBORNE RETAIL SPACE

Winter Park, Fla. — Andrew General Contractors, Inc. recently completed a vanilla shell build-out conversion for the new Liz Claiborne retail space, located in the Winter Park Village at 520 N. Orlando Ave.

The six-week project included demolishing the existing 10,260-square-foot interior space and converting nearly 5,500 square feet into the new retail space. The scope of work included building a new building facade, new demising wall and storefront entrance, installing a new electrical service and acoustical grid, and reworking the existing sprinkler heads to accommodate the new layout.
