Orlando, Fla. — The Downtown Orlando Partnership recently awarded the Osceola Brownstones Project Team with a Golden Brick Award for its work on the Osceola Brownstones project. The team included Andrew General Contractors, Inc., Urban Studio Architects, AVCON Engineering and Osceola Brownstones, LLC’s managing members, Craig Ustler and Phil Rampy.
Featured prominently in Downtown Orlando’s upscale Thornton Park, Osceola Brownstones is a contemporary styled, 26-unit condominium complex comprising four separate four-story buildings. These two-bedroom, three-story homes include amenities such as granite kitchen countertops, porcelain tile, stainless steel appliances and a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi.
Golden Brick Awards annually recognize projects that make a significant contribution to the quality of life in the Downtown Development District, making it a more exciting, interesting and desirable place to work, shop and live.
