RENOVATION OF APOPKA MARKETPLACE

Orlando, Fla. — Andrew General Contractors, Inc. (AGCI) — a full-service general contracting company — recently completed the 10,000-sq.-ft. shell exterior and provided vanilla shell interior build-out services for the Apopka Marketplace.

Purchased in foreclosure by Prince Bush Investments, the Apopka Marketplace had been abandoned for two years. AGCI worked from the partially completed shell and removed weather-damaged materials; installed new sheathing, trim and stucco; and upgraded all building systems.
