Lee Vista Project

AGCI recently constructed a 14,000-sq.-ft. shopping plaza located near the airport on the corner of route 436 and Bent Pine. The Lee Vista building has exterior finishes that include brick stucco and metal roofed towers. The interior includes seven vanilla shells with acoustical ceilings, lighting, HVAC, bathrooms and painted demising walls. The project also included a structural redesign for the south wall. Construction began in late August and was completed in February of 2005.
