Krispy Kreme Donuts

AGCI completed a ground-up project for Krispy Kreme Donuts, located off University Boulevard by the University of Central Florida. The 4,600 sq.-ft. bakery and retail facility includes stucco and EIFS exterior, and a flat, single-ply roof supported by block and steel bar joist construction. The interior of the building includes tile floors and wainscot throughout, along with suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, restrooms, and intensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines. The project took five months to complete.
