ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS COMPLETE INTERIOR
BUILD-OUT OF EXIT REAL ESTATE

Orlando, FL – Andrew General Contractors, Inc. (AGCI) has completed the Exit Real Estate interior build-out, part of the 17,000-sq.-ft. Harrington/Mishler Phase II commercial building.

Located near the corner of Rouse and Lake Underhill Roads in East Orlando, the 4,200-sq.-ft. tenant space for Exit Real Estate – along with the shell building valued at $700,000 – is the second phase completed by AGCI. Future tenant build-outs will be done by AGCI pending executed lease agreements.
