Huntington Bank Capital Plaza

For Huntington Bank Capital Plaza, AGCI completed 30,000-sq.-ft. of “Class A” interior office build out located in the heart of downtown Orlando. The purpose was to consolidate Huntington’s top executives from multiple locations across Central Florida into one high-end office space. The focal point of the lobby area is a softly lit chandelier, surrounded by a painted domed plaster ceiling above imported polished Pakistani marble. The walls are detailed throughout with wall covering and enhanced with approximately 7,000 lineal feet of prefinished white oak wood moldings. Remote controlled draperies, boardroom projection screen, prefinished birch doors, and butt jointed glazing were utilized to achieve a sleek traditional corporate banking atmosphere. Construction was completed in less than 90 days.
