ANDREW GENERAL CONTRACTORS EAST ORLANDO COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROJECT NEARLY COMPLETE

East Orlando, FL – By mid-July, the 17,000-sq.-ft. Harrington/Mishler Phase II commercial building site project is scheduled to be complete.

Located near the corner of Rouse and Lake Underhill Roads in East Orlando, the concrete tilt-up building is the second phase to be completed by Andrew General Contractors. The $700,000 shell building contract includes site work, concrete, utilities, landscaping, and exterior finishes. AGCI provided design for the 4,200-sq.-ft. tenant space for Exit Real Estate and construction of the space in the new building is underway. Future tenant buildouts will be completed by AGCI pending executed lease agreements.    

Phase I of the Harrington/Mishler project, primarily office space, was completed in 2002.
