Apopka Plaza Retail Building

AGCI recently completed the Apopka Plaza Retail Building, which is located on US Highway 441 in Apopka. The 10,000-sq.-ft. retail center had been abandoned for two years. Prince Bush Investments bought the property in foreclosure, and AGCI was brought on to remove all the weather-damaged sheathing and install new DensGlass Gold® Sheathing. In addition, the AGCI team installed wire lathe, stucco and new EIFS trim around the entire building. AGCI also worked from the partially completed site and finished all utilities and site paving to meet the current codes. In addition, the team provided six vanilla shell tenant spaces inside the building.
